Option 1: Delete via App
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Go to Delete Me page or access it in the mobile app
- Press the "Check My Data" button to verify your account
- Press the "Delete My Account" button to delete your account
- Your account will be permanently removed
Option 2: Email Support
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@commonsource.nl with your registered phone number or account details.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any associated funds in your account will be lost forever. Please ensure you have withdrawn or transferred any funds before deleting your account.
